Connecting Cities Agent Portal

How It Works

Becoming a Connecting Cities Agent is a structured process. We review applications, approve serious agents, issue agent access, allow agents to submit verified leads and pay commission on successful paid deals approved by the company.

1

Apply Online

The first step is to complete the official Connecting Cities Agent application form on the Agent Portal. The application helps us understand who you are, where you are based, how we can contact you and which division you are interested in promoting.

Applicants may be required to provide:

  • Title, gender, surname, full names and initials
  • Contact number, WhatsApp number and email address
  • Province, town and area
  • Main website application reference number, or write Not Applicable if you did not apply before
  • Preferred Connecting Cities division to promote
  • Short motivation explaining why you want to become an agent
  • Supporting documents where required
  • Banking details for future commission payouts
Submitting an application does not mean automatic approval. Your application must still be reviewed by Connecting Cities Group.
2

Application Review & Approval

After your application is submitted, head office reviews your information. The review process helps us confirm whether the applicant is serious, reachable, suitable and ready to represent Connecting Cities Group professionally.

During review, management may check:

  • Whether the application form was completed properly
  • Whether contact details are correct
  • Whether the applicant responds to communication
  • Whether supporting information is clear
  • Whether the applicant understands this is commission-based
  • Whether the applicant is suitable for the agent network

Your status may show as:

  • Pending Approval: Your application is still being reviewed.
  • Active: You have been approved and may start using approved agent tools.
  • Suspended: Your account has been restricted due to inactivity, incomplete information, misconduct or management review.
Agents who fail to respond to WhatsApp, email or onboarding communication may be treated as inactive or unserious.
3

Receive Agent Code & Login Access

Once approved, the agent receives access to the Agent Desktop. The Agent Desktop is the secure working area where approved agents can submit leads, view training, track status, create marketing material and monitor commission.

Approved agents may receive:

  • Agent profile access
  • Agent code or reference
  • Agent login access
  • Agent email alias where applicable
  • Access to training posts
  • Access to lead submission tools
  • Access to commission tracking

An agent email alias may follow this format:

SurnameInitials@agents.connectingcities.co.za

Example: MokabaneMW@agents.connectingcities.co.za

Agents must keep their login details private. Agent accounts must not be shared with anyone else.
4

Submit Verified Leads

Approved agents use the Agent Desktop to submit verified leads. A lead is a serious person, company, vehicle owner, driver, renter or organisation that may need one of the Connecting Cities Group services.

Agents can submit leads for:

A proper lead must include correct information such as:

  • Client or company name
  • Contact number and email where available
  • Service required
  • Exact pickup and drop-off details where transport is involved
  • Number of passengers or workers where applicable
  • Vehicle details where rentals or recovery are involved
  • Any special instructions
Agents must not guess information, submit fake leads, promise prices, promise approval or collect money without written authorisation.
5

Earn Commission on Successful Paid Deals

Commission becomes payable only when the lead becomes a successful paid deal and is approved by Connecting Cities Group. Not every enquiry qualifies for commission. The lead must be real, traceable, submitted correctly and converted into a paid transaction.

Commission may depend on:

  • The division involved
  • The value of the deal
  • Whether the client paid
  • Whether the service was completed
  • Whether the lead came from the agent
  • Whether the agent followed the correct process
  • Whether management approves the commission

Commission statuses may include:

  • Pending: Commission is still being checked.
  • Approved: Commission has been approved for payout.
  • Paid: Commission has been paid to the agent.
  • Cancelled: The lead did not qualify for commission.
  • Under Review: Management is still reviewing the matter.
Serious agents do not just submit names. They submit quality leads, communicate professionally and follow the process until the deal is properly handled.
